Solving Issues

1) Check for a sign or other documentation at the space.

2) Check the wiki. We do our best to keep it up to date and relevant.

3) Ask in the relevant Discord channel(s). Our community has a lot of collective experience and is happy to help!

4) Ping a steward, preferably on Discord. Stewards can be tagged by typing @steward in any channel, which pulls up a list of all the available steward tags. 

5) Message or email a specific person. Please try to exhaust the previous options first; although we are all here to help, it can become burdensome when one or two folks are always being contacted.

Reporting Problems

Issue with tool or physical space (safety violations, noise complaints, a new donation showed up, etc.): email facilities@northendmakers.org

Conflict with another member: fill out this form.
